Siebel Sales Mobile Object Manager Crashing While Going From Offline to Online With Callstack "CSSSWEDisconnectedPUISvc" (Doc ID 2968893.1)

Symptoms

Siebel Sales Mobile Object Manager Crashing. This problem was observed while going from offline to online with the same session. Sometimes it works and sometimes Sales Mobile Object Manager crashes.


From Enterprise Log file crash error message:

SalesmObjMgr_esn     37746     SBL-OSD-02011   Process 37746 exited with error - Process exited because of a segment violation (SIGSEGV)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel Mobile Sales application for ESN
2. Complete the configuration and perform DBXtract for Offline user TEST02
3. Open Salem ESN in Siebel Mobile App
4. Once received Data is Ready to Download notification, click on the Airplane icon to go Offline(Disconnected) mode.
5. Once data is downloaded offline, navigate Contact view or any tab and then click on the Airplane icon to move back to Online (Connected) mode

Above reported SalesmObjMgr_esn component crash observed.
