Symptoms
In Siebel version 23.* while performing a load stress test using "Load Runner" which is a third party software, an error message is being displayed into Siebel UI.log:

Session not assigned : Session not assigned : [callcenter-ent-5,ProcessId:<--->,TaskId:<--->]] UI - com.siebel.swsm.context.UIContext:isAppConfiguredInCG Application: /images_btn_aplt_min_0.gif not configured in the Deployed Profile.
[ERROR] UI - com.siebel.swsm.context.UIContext:isAppConfiguredInCG Application: /images_btn_aplt_shw_1.gif not configured in the Deployed Profile.

Without performing any load stress with "Load Runner" it was noticed that Siebel environment is running without any error and issue was not reported when a single web server was used.
