Symptoms
When a new connection is created on the Siebel migration application after the upgrade to Siebel 23.4 or later, it fails with the error message below.
SBL-EAI-50297 The EMT Project Enabled business object is not enabled for access via REST.
Here are the steps to reproduce the error.
1. Siebel 8.1.1.x (or any other pre-IP17 version) database is upgraded to Siebel Update 23.4 or later.
2. Configure the Migration application.
3. Connect to Siebel Migration application.
4. Create a new connection.
5. Then it fails with SBL-EAI-50297 error.
