Symptoms
When attempting to login to Siebel application the following error occurs:
It is not possible to login to Siebel Management Console (SMC), the following error is returned:
STEPS
1. Go to the Siebel application URL
2. The above mentioned "Application Interface is in Lightweight Mode. Deploy profile to proceed." error is observed
3. Go to the Siebel SMC URL and try to login
4. The above mentioned authentication "The user ID or password that you entered is incorrect" error is observed

The Siebel environment was restarted
