Siebel Server Fails To Start Returning Error Message, "SBL-SVR-00026: Unable to allocate shared memory. Unable to start the server" (Doc ID 2974643.1)

Symptoms

In Siebel version 22.2 version when attempting to start Siebel server into "SiebSrvr.log" file located under SES folder the following error occurs.

As a consequence into same log file file following error messages appear:
