Unable to Run Payload for Siebel Upgrade Factory Failing With Error Status 401 Unauthorized (Doc ID 2976441.1)

Symptoms

 While executing the payload for siebel upgrade factory ,  it failed with error - status 401 Unauthorized .  The error is observed  in response section of the postman .

Replication Steps:

-1. Set up and Configure siebel cloud manager with Upgrade Factory

-2.Prepare to Execute Upgrade Factory

-3. Prepare the Payload and trigger the upgrade with the payload
