Symptoms
When an user navigates to a view with 50 records and the first 10 records are displayed, if the user wants to check the 11th record will use the next record set button but instead of showing the records from 11th to 20, it skips that particular set and goes at 21st to 30.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Siebel Application.
2. Navigate to any view with over 50 records in the list applet.
3. Use the NextRecordSet button.
Changes
Upgrade to IP17, 23.3 Siebel version.
