On Siebel CRM 23.6, SBL-DAT-00329 error is displayed with the following steps:

1. Login to Siebel Web Tools.

2. Click 'Flat' button in Object Explorer.

3. Click 'WF Step I/O Argument'.

4. The following error is displayed:
