SBL-DAT-60325 Error When Attempting To Create Integration Workspace In New Tools Instance (Doc ID 2982543.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create an integration workspace in a newly configured Windows Siebel Tools server the below error occurs within a pop-up and in the corresponding siebdev.log:

 

 siebdev.log:

There is no issue when trying to create integration workspace via Webtools Object Manager.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools.
2. Connect to the Server database.
3. Click on Workspace > Create > int_workspace_name.

Changes
