Symptoms

Report is printing more records than expected because View visibility is not applied.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom report based on "Action" Business Component, for information on how to create custom report refer to Reports Guide>Process of Creating Custom Reports
2. Associate report to My Activities View
3. From My Activities View, which for example display only 5 records created by logged in User, generate report
4. Report generated include 355 records which are not created by logged in User

From Application logs verified following SQL statement being executed:
