Symptoms
When attempting to implement CRM PubSub new functionality for Kafka via SSL, an error occurs in EventLogger.log.
[ERROR] 2023-11-09 17:28:41.545 [Thread-3] EventLogger - com.siebel.swsm.bootstrap.SWSMBoot:startSidecarAIServer AI Server failed startup: org.apache.kafka.common.KafkaException: Failed to create new KafkaAdminClient
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to implement the new Kafka Pub Sub Events functionality documented in our System Administration Guide.
2. Test the new implementation.
3. The error is logged.
