Siebel UCM 23.x: Getting Error "SBL-DAT-00222 " When Saving a Contact Record (Doc ID 2989883.1)

Symptoms

Siebel upgraded from Siebel IP16 to Siebel 23.3 and the UCM features are enabled for contact duplicates identification in Siebel.

When trying to save a contact record in a child applet based in the Contact BC from a view based on the 'HLS Case' BO, where the parent applet is based on the 'HLS Case' BC, the following message is presented in the UI:

SBL-DAT-00222: An error has occurred creating business component 'UCM Contact Source Data and History' used by business object 'HLS Case'

 

Changes

Upgrade from Siebel IP16 to 23.3.
