Intermittently Getting SBL-DAT-00175 When Creating New Workspace (Doc ID 2997058.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new workspace the following error occurs within a pop-up:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel Tools.
2. Navigate to: Workspace > Create .
3. Provide name for the new workspace.

Changes

Newly created environment.
