Unable To Deploy a New Siebel Server Through Siebel Management Console (SMC) - Red Icon is Displayed (Doc ID 2999797.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deploy a new Siebel Server on Windows OS it fails and appears as Red on SMC deployment.

No .resp files can be found under the Siebel Server Root Directory, and no logs can be found under cfgtoolslog\cfg directory.

STEPS

1. Login to SMC
2. Have a Siebel Server profile available for the deployment
3. Try to deploy the Siebel Server profile on the target Windows OS server
4. It fails as described above
