Symptoms
When running a Marketing Campaign Load, the error below occurs in the Workflow Process Manager Component Log:

The SOAP request '1102' to the Analytics Web server failed. For more information on the error, navigate to the Siebel Analytics Web Administration > Manage Marketing Jobs console.
Detailed error message: Job request of type "WriteListFiles" failed. An error occurred while working with file: '\\?\UNC\<server_name>\SiebFS\Marketing\EAI\2ed51950-0f83-1000-8029-0a7463450000.tmp' The user name or password is incorrect.

1. Setup a Campaign and allocate a Segment
2. Have the Campaign scheduled to run "Stage Execution" (Or just run Campaign Load)
3. Monitor the Campaign
