Symptoms
Followed steps Installing Siebel Monthly Update in a Siebel CRM on OKE Environment Deployed by SCM
PosinstallDB is executed Automatically and show as completed when verified using:
docker exec -it cloudmanager bash
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Followed steps Installing Siebel Monthly Update in a Siebel CRM on OKE Environment Deployed by SCM
2. Postinstalldb triggered automatically failed with above error
3. Despite the error Status in table SIEBEL.S_APP_VER_HIST postinstaldb is in "InProgress" and due to that it does not allow the rerun postinstalldb with correct parameters.
