SSSE Calendar Event With Past Alarm Date Is Not Getting Synchronized With Siebel and Fails with "SBL-APS-52019: Alarm cannot be set for this appointment because the alarm would be in the past" (Doc ID 3003404.1)

Symptoms

When creating a calendar event with a date in the past on Outlook 365 and trying to synchronize with Siebel it doesn't get Synchronized and the following error message is captured in the PIMSIEng log file:

 

SBL-APS-52019: Alarm cannot be set for this appointment because the alarm would be in the past.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login into MS Outlook 365.

2. Create a Calendar Event with date in the past.

3. Submit a PIMSI Dispatch Job to synchronize the record with Siebel.

4. Calendar Event is not getting sync as expected.
