Symptoms
When attempting to go Administration Server - Configuration / Management View using Dedicated Client it gives the following error:
The User ID or password that you entered is incorrect.
Please check the spelling and try again.

STEPS
1. Applies 24.1 Monthly Update on the Siebel Server environment
2. Login to Dedicated Client
3. Go to Site Map > Administrator Server - Configuration / Management View
4. The above mentioned error is received
