The following error occurs when attempting to import an xml file from the REST Outbound Web Service view in Siebel application.

ERROR:

No language independent code exists for value 'None' and type 'WS_AUTH_TYPE_CD' with language 'DEU' in table 'S_LST_OF_VAL'.(SBL-DAT-00510)"(SBL-EAI-04451)

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Launch Siebel and navigate to Administration - Webservice --> Outbound REST Services.

2. Click the Import button, then click 'Choose File' and select the xml file.

3. Press the OK button to import the XML file.
