Symptoms
When attempting to execute Java Business Service(JBS), the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Failed to load the JVM Dll. Check that the specified dll name is correct (SBL-EAI-05006)
SBL-EAI-04117: HTTP Request error during '<?>': '<?>'
The errors can be seen in Application Object Manager log.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place the AddBusinessService jar file is in ..\ses\siebsrvr\javacontainer\javacontainer1\lib path.
2. Login to Siebel Tools.
3. Import the AddBusinessService.sif file -> this will add the @class parameter.
4. Compile the Business Service.
5. Login to CallCenter.
6. Go to Administration -> Application -> Business Service Simulator.
7. Find the AddBusinessService Service Name and provide the 'Add' method name.
8. Provide 2 input arguments from BusinessServiceSimulator02_middle_applet_input_arguments.xml
