Siebel Test Automation With Jenkins: Job Submitted From Jenkins Application Is Failing With Error: Downloading Attachments For RUN-ID :: <RUN_ID> Is Unsuccessful. (Doc ID 3011885.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Execute test automation job from Jenkins application, Job execution fails with below error coming up in Jenkins  console:

Downloading Attachments for RUN-ID :: <RUN_ID> is unsuccessful.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure Jenkins Application to connect to Siebel application and execute test scripts

2. Run Jenkins Job

3. Notice that the Job execution fails with below error:

INFO :: Starting Attachment Download for RUN-ID <RUN_ID>

HttpURLConnection$HttpInputStream@1f28c152
INFO :: Optional Resources folder not found in attachments to download. Process Will Continue...
INFO :: Optional Dataset file not found in attachments to download. Process Will Continue...
ERROR :: Mandatory XML not found in the attachment to download.
ERROR :: Mandatory CSV file not found in the attachment to download.
ERROR:: Downloading Attachments for RUN-ID :: <RUN_ID> is unsuccessful.
