Is It Possible to Set Profile and Description for the Named Subsystem using srvrmgr Command? (Doc ID 3012966.1)

Symptoms

When the Named Subsystem (also known as Enterprise Profile) is created from the web client, Profile and Description can be entered.

How can these values be set using the srvrmgr command 'create named subsystem'? The output of 'help create' command does not show the information about Profile or Description.
