Service Requests With Status = Closed Being Displayed In The User Interface When Querying For Status <> 'Closed' (Doc ID 3018673.1)

Symptoms

When running a query for All Service Requests View where Status <> Closed, Closed SRs are showing up in the SR screen.

The SR_STAT_ID in S_SRV_REQ_BU has a value of Open even though the  SR_STAT_ID is Closed in S_SRV_REQ

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Service Requests > All Service Requests
2. Run a Query where Status <> Closed
3. Note that a couple of records where Status = Closed are displayed
