How to have “Suspend Payment” and recycling feature of an already posted payment in Siebel?

The following functionality is required in Siebel:

— Provide a “Reverse Payment” option to an already posted payment. (The payment will be reversed and suspended. The payment can now be viewed in the Suspense account).
— Open the “Suspend Account” to browse the suspended payments.
— Provide a “Reapply Payment” option to recycle a suspended payment, so that the suspended payment can be applied to a customer account.
