EAI XSLT Service Call Failing With Error - 'SBL-EAI-04115: Cannot connect to the server' (Doc ID 3025686.1)

Symptoms


On a Production environment, when executing a specific Workflow process - 'Catalog Outbound Workflow' that includes a call to service 'EAI XSLT Service', method 'Transform' - an error is returned in the WfProcMgr*.log:

That could be replicated using these steps:
1. Trigger the execution of that specific Workflow or script that includes the 'EAI XSLT Service' call;
2. Monitor the execution and details in logs;
3. See the error returned.
