Navigation After Drilldown on Protocol# Always Defaults to First Protocol If Account is Associated With Multiple Protocols

Symptoms
In CTMS application, if an Account is associated with multiple protocols and a user drilldown on second or subsequent protocol#, then navigation happens to correct destination view but when user click on any view tabs the data changes to first protocol details under Account.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel CTMS application
2. Goto Accounts screen and drilldown on Account name (ABC Software)
3. Select "Protocols" tab under ABC Software Account. We can see Test Protocol1, Test Protocol2, Test Protocol3, Test Protocol4 under Account name (ABC Software)
4. Drilldown on second or subsequent "Protocol#" for ex " Test Protocol3"
5. Navigated to "Clinical Protocol Site View" for "Test Protocol3"
6. Try to pick other view like "Regions" corresponding to "Test Protocol3" protocol
Results: Can see details related to 1st protocol ie "Test Protocol1" instead of "Test Protocol3"
