Symptoms

Siebel native gateway cluster deployment failing in heterogeneous (Primary gateway on AIX OS with hardware cluster and Node2/Node3 on Linux OS) environment failing with submit failed error.

Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Configure Gateway with IBM hardware cluster, refer respective vendor documentation for the steps
2. Install & Configure Siebel instance on AIX with gateway configured on hardware cluster: Installing Siebel CRM
3. Install Node2 & Node3 gateway instances on Linux: Installing Siebel CRM
4. Setup Gateway cluster profile Deploy Cluster: Configuring the Siebel Gateway Cluster
