Symptoms
When trying to execute PostInstallDBSetup after the installation of 24.5 Monthly Update on top of 22.10 it fails on SeedSchemaManifest Execution step.
In the $SIEBEL_ROOT/siebsrvr/log/PostInstallDBSetup_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MI-SS.log file the following error is found:
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 24.5 Monthly Update on top 22.10
2. Have PostInstallDBSetup executed
3. PostInstallDBSetup fails on the SeedSchemaManifest Execution step
