SIEBEL_TEST_AUTOMATION_PLUGIN::Error: Unable to access jarfile When DISA Path Contain Spaces as in C:\Program Files (Doc ID 3035197.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to run a test automation script with DISA installed to a directory containing spaces in the name, such as C:\Program Files\Siebel\DISA\
the following error occurs in DISA\DesktopIntSiebelAgent\log\disa*.log


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install DISA to C:\Program Files\Siebel\DISA\

2. Start DISA from the shortcut created by the installer.

3. Run any simple test script by logging in to the application with SWECmd=AutoOn, navigate to Releases -> Test Scripts, select a pre existing test script and click play.

4. The DISA dialog box to log in does NOT show up and the disa log under DISA\DesktopIntSiebelAgent\log shows the errors above.

Changes

 Installed DISA at a path containing spaces, such as C:\Program Files\Siebel\DISA
