Goal

Qn1:Is it mandatory to integrate SAM (Siebel Approval Manager) with an issue-tracking system or does integrating only with Workspace suffice?
 
Qn2:When an approval request is approved in SAM (Siebel Approval Manager), will it also close the issue in the issue tracking system besides auto-deploying the code to the MAIN branch?
