ORA-01555 Error In Object Manager Log File (Doc ID 3041889.1)

Symptoms

There was no error on UI and all UI operation worked with no issue, but the following database was recorded in the object manager log file.

SBL-DBC-00104: Error retrieving next record from the database.
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 3 with name "_SYSSMU3_1613654620$" too small
