Issue with the Masked Field Values When Trying to Export the Data from List Applet (Doc ID 3043127.1)

Symptoms

Masked fields are exported as plain text when trying to export the data from List Applet

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to callcenter application
  2. Go to Search Administration Screen
  3. Go to Search Engine Settings
  4. Enter parameters in the Bottom Driver Parameters Applet
  5. Save record. Values show masked
  6. Go to Menu - Export.
  7. Save the file as excel
  8. Open the Excel - The values show in clear text and no longer masked
