Unable To Fetch Free/Busy Status(LegacyFreeBusyStatus) Of Outlook Meeting using "LegacyFreeBusyStatus" (Doc ID 3044688.1)

Symptoms

Unable to fetch Free/Busy status of Outlook meeting in Siebel.

User tried to fetch "LegacyFreeBusyStatus" in Siebel by following "Customizing Siebel Server Sync for Microsoft Exchange Server" topic in SSSE guide but unable to find the value in Siebel after doing changes as per bookshelf document.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new mapping based on LegacyFreeBusyStatus field at Outlook side
2. Map this Outlook field ie "LegacyFreeBusyStatus" to existing Siebel vanilla field "short comments"
3. Notice newly mapped field ie "short comments" is populated after doing SSSE sync 
 

Changes

Add a new field based on LegacyFreeBusyStatus by following steps mentioned in Customizing Siebel Server Sync for Microsoft Exchange Server
