Personalization Modified Records Are Not Imported During The Import Process (Doc ID 3048267.1)

Symptoms

When importing Personalization Applet records from DR(Dev environment) to RR(Test or Product environment). For some reason, any modified records are getting ignored during the import process.

For example, the following record "Auction Item List Applet (eSales)" was modified on DR(Dev environment) but during the import process on RR(Test or Product environment), this record is getting ignored and not updated as expected:

4. Go to Administration - Personalization > Applets > Menu > XML Import... and pick the export XML file created in the step above.
5. Import completed with the information above.
