Symptoms

When attempting to perform any Inbound REST call, the following error occurs in the EAI OM log and in the used tool (POSTMAN):


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update Siebel from 22.3 to 24.6.
2. Attempt to call any Inbound REST.
3. Notice the error.
