Symptoms

Transcribing a audio file related to the Service Request to a text file is failing with the following error which is observed in the application

AI Services returned error. Exception occurred while transcribing the input file (SBL-APS-52081)

-3. Attach a audio file attachment to Service Request and click Transcribe
