Transcribe is Unable to Upload the Audio File to the Correct Folder within the Object Storage Bucket in OCI (Doc ID 3050584.1)

Symptoms

Transcribe is unable to upload the audio file to the correct folder as per the "InputPrefix" BC User Property Value within the object storage bucket in OCI. Instead, it is being uploaded directly into the input bucket. This behavior is observed in Object Storage Bucket as shown below . The *.wav file is uploaded outside SpeechDemo folder . Folder (or Folder hierarchy) inside the InputBucket in OCI under which the Audio File is stored.

 

 

 

 

Replication Steps 

1. Set Up OCI Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services

2. Configure the OCI Speech AI service

3. Login to Siebel Application ->Navigate to Service Request List ->Attachments

4. Attach Audio file

5. Click on Transcribe button
