Symptoms

Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is flagged as a quantity for a telephone number +1 (550) XXX-XXX . The following behavior is observed in the application as shown below 

 

 

 

 

 Replication Steps 

-1. Integrate Siebel with Artificial Intelligence (AI) as outlined in Process of Setting up OCI AI Service
-2. Launch siebel application and navigate to Service Request List and add telephone number  with area code (550)  in the description field
-3. Save the record
