MSSQL Database - "SBL-DAT-60280: There are no objects to be published. Hence cannot perform Incremental Publish" Error When Trying To Deliver Workspace Containing more than 1000 Symbolic String Objects (Doc ID 3051633.1)

Symptoms

Issue happens only when using Siebel application with Microsoft SQL Server database. When trying to deliver a workspace which contains more than 1000 symbolic string objects to be delivered, Workspace delivery is failing with below error:

(metadatacompilerservice.cpp (6644)) SBL-DAT-60280: There are no objects to be published. Hence cannot perform Incremental Publish.

siebdev logs displays below error:

"ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000000366bb17fc:0 2024-08-13 19:36:48 (odbccon.cpp (2185)) SBL-DBC-00105: An error has occurred executing a Sql statement.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

DBCLog DBCLogError 1 0000000366bb17fc:0 2024-08-13 19:36:48 SQLError: [07001],[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]COUNT field incorrect or syntax error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a dev workspace.

2. Navigate to Flat Tab and search for ENU records in "Symbolic String Locale" object

3. Using Shift button and mouse click, select over 1000+ records

4. Use Edit--->Change Records option to change the "String Value" field to any value

5. Deliver the workspace

6. Workspace delivery fails with above error
