Siebel IP2017 And Later: Siebel User Sessions With Federation Single-Sign On (SSO) And OpenID (OIDC) Implementation Becomes Unresponsive After Session Timeout In Siebel (Doc ID 3052459.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the session tab or accessing Siebel application with Single Sign On (SSO) using Federation SSO, the page is not responsive upon Session timeout and the SSO session timeout does not work as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup Siebel IP2017 or later with Federation SSO and openID using steps from Doc ID: 2826764.2
2. Make sure that openID is implemented successfully.
3. Check to see if Siebel session is responsive when session is active and after session timeout is successful.
