Symptoms
On a Development environment, an outbound request using 'EAI HTTP Transport' with "Content-Type: multipart/form-data" is failing with errors below.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 0000113e66a01bac:0 2024-07-24 11:06:26 (httptransport.cpp (1860)) SBL-EAI-04117: HTTP Request error during 'Submitting Data SendHTTP request': 'Status code - 500'

That issue could be reproduced in that specific environment using these steps:
1. Logon to that Siebel (custom in this case) AOM component session;
2. Navigate to the Business Service (BS) Simulator view;
3. Select or Add here all the required details for that BS - like name, method, input parameters (- either directly or by importing those from some already saved XML files).
4. Execute that request - and see the outcome (error reported - SBL-EAI-04117).
