SBL-UIF-00299 Error When Setting Status 'Done' in Protocol / Region > Activities (Doc ID 3056815.1)

Symptoms

When setting activity status to Done in Protocol / Region > Activities view, application throws an error.

After clicking the OK button, the error message disappears and we see that the record was saved as the Status has the value Done.
The error message should not display as the field Project Item Actual Start is not used in this functionality.

Issue was reproduced in standard application using the following steps:

1. Navigate to Protocol/Region > Activities
2. Set the status to Done
3. Save the record and error pops up.
