Symptoms
When trying to access Siebel application hosted and deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) using Siebel Cloud Manager, the application fails to load for both Siebel Management Console (SMC) or Siebel application and below will be displayed in commonlogger.log under $SIEBEL_ROOT/ai/applicationcontainer_external/logs directory:
Note: Irrespective of using Siebel On-Premises or on Cloud, the above error should indicate that there is an issue with certificate and it needs update.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel application on OCI using Siebel Cloud Manager (SCM) deployed using steps from Doc ID: 2828904.1
2. Make sure Siebel is working effectively and setup DBSSO adapter
3. Check if the certificates are intact and not expired. Update the certificates to see if
