Siebel Web Tools, SIF Attribute Differences Only Shows Couple of Tools Objects in DB2 Z/OS as Part of RepositoryUpgrade Utility (Doc ID 3057665.1)

Symptoms

After RepositoryUpgrade utility completed, while performing conflicts resolution with help of Siebel WebTools ->Archive-> SIF Attribute Differences, the type only shows 4 tools objects rather than all Siebel tools objects.

Below screen shots explains different between DB2 z/os and Oracle database

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply 24.8 monthly update on top of 23.5 Development Environment for Siebel Application running on DB2 Z/OS database
2. Once patching and postinstalldbsetup completed, start Siebel Application services
3. Create new integration workspace under MAIN -- int_ws_repupg_24_8
4. Open Command prompt and then navigation siebsrvr/bin and then invoke repositoryupgrade utility with below command:

Changes

 Applied 24.8 monthly update on top of 23.5 version.
