How to keep the asset price the same when modifying an existing asset?

The following test was performed:

1. Created an Order, selected a price list
2. Added a line item → the price was $80 took from the price list
3. Set manual price override for the line item for $50
4. Completed the order and executed auto-asset
5. Navigated to Accounts — Installed Assets
6. The Asset has the price set to $50.
7. Afterward, executed modify order — Price is $80 instead of $50
8. On the new order, there is no price list associated (even from the header) and the product has no price in the line items.
The same behavior is also replicable with Dynamic Pricing Enabled.


The new order has no price list associated → Price set as $0.
