Goal
In Siebel IP 15 when we search i.e Contact / Accounts they are opened in new view where as in Siebel 23.12 it open in the Toggle applet within the Home web page.
Siebel IP15
1. Login to the Siebel Application.
2. Navigate to Search Icon from the Menu Toolbar and click on it.
3. Find Appear on the Dropdown Menu.
4. Click on Find and select Contact from the Dropdown Menu.
5. Now click on the Find button i.e. ">“ to navigate to "Find All Results Applet".
Siebel 23.x
1. Login to Siebel Application.
2. Navigate to Search Toolbar.
3. Click on the Down Arrow appearing on the Left side of Search Toolbar and select the Advanced Find.
4. Find Appears on the Search Toolbar.
5. Click on the Find and select the "Contact" from the dropdown menu.
6. Now click on the Find button i.e. ">" to navigate to "Salutation Applet (WCC Home)".
