Symptoms
After applying Siebel 24.8 Monthly Update the execution of FRR is failing with the following error message, it does not matter if the file path is using a local disk path.
Package file "E:\FS\FULLRR_CISPROD24_8.zip" does not exist
Steps
1. Execute the Full Migration on DEV environment (Asynchronous) to generate the .zip file package
2. Try to execute to import of the .zip file on the target environment
3. The execution fails as described above
