Report Is Not Generated Automatically in Site Attachment View After Approving Trip Report (Doc ID 3065169.1)

Symptoms

When approving the Trip Report, Report File is not getting generated automatically. 

The issue can be reproduced using below steps.

1. Navigate to Site Management - Clinical Site Visits List
2. Drilldown Site#
3. In View Tab Site Visits Check Trip Reports
4. Drilldown Visit Start
5. Approve Trip Report
6. Check in Site Visit Attachment View if any report generated
