Unable To Navigate To Next Page Using Left/Right Arrow Button With Touch Enabled Laptops On Web Tools (Doc ID 3067894.1)

Symptoms

It is observed that users with touch enabled laptops are unable to scroll to next page using left/right arrow button in screen since these arrows are not visible.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log into to the Siebel Web Tools.

2.Navigate to the applet records list.

3.Notice that navigation buttons/arrows are not visible to navigate between previous/next page.

Changes

 This issue was observed after applying Siebel 24.7 patch
