Symptoms


When attempting to migrate siebel repository from source to target environment,
the following error occurs.





The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Siebel 24.12 update
2. Log into Siebel Migration Application.
3. Create a siebel migration plan to run in synchronous mode.
4. Run/execute the migration plan created in the step above
